We took on the challenge with a bold, multi-channel strategy—combining digital and performance media with impactful TV and OOH advertising. This holistic approach allowed us to connect meaningfully with everyday Singaporeans, showcasing Trust’s reliability and dependability.

To amplify the buzz, we introduced an unlimited referral program that rewarded both referrers and referees, turning customers into advocates and driving exponential growth.

Our visuals intentionally differed from traditional polished banking ads by featuring everyday Singaporeans and prominently using brand colours to establish Trust’s unique identity – We painted the town Trust Blue!

These ads highlighted the benefits (customer value proposition) and features of signing up, and also assured potential customers that Trust was a legitimate option.
